Tasso+ works with several standard collection tubes, according to Tasso. Tubes are not included.
Tube by test
The analysis decides the additive. Typical choices:
- Serum: clot activator or gel separator
- Whole blood, such as a blood count: EDTA
- Glucose: sodium fluoride
- Your lab sets the tube type and fill volume
Check the fit
- Tube label and documentation list Tasso+ compatibility
- Your lab has validated the tube with Tasso+ samples
- Tested on a small batch before a study or launch
- Fill lines stay in view, since you stop at the upper line
